How to make Veg Salad With Yogurt


  1. Red tomatoes- 2
  2. Cucumber- 1
  3. Radish- 1
  4. carrot- 2
  5. Honey- 2 tbsp
  6. Mint leaves(chopped)- 8-10
  7. Lettuce leaves(chopped)- 8-10
  8. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
  9. Plain yogurt- 2 cups


  1. Wash and peel carrots, Radish and cucumber and cut into small pieces.
  2. Wash and chop the tomato in to small pieces.
  3. Combine yogurt, mint leaves and lettuce leaves.
  4. Add tomatoes, carrots, cucumber and radish.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix well all the vegetables in yogurt.
  6. Chill the salad in refrigerator for an hour.
  7. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and serve.
