How to make Vegetable Pasta


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups pasta, boiled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3-4 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 capsicum, fine chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced and boiled
  • ½ cup broccoli, boiled
  • ½ cup cheese, grated
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt to taste


  1. Heat butter in a non stick pan, add onion and capsicum, Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli, carrot, tomato and green chillies, fry again for a couple of minutes.
  3. Now add pasta, salt, cheese and milk, mix well.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes or till the cheese melt.
  5. Vegetable pasta is ready to serve hot.
