How to make Raw Papaya Salad

Ingredients:

  1. Raw papaya- 1(small size)
  2. Chopped tomato- 1
  3. Chopped green chillies- 2
  4. Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
  5. Salt- 1 tsp or to taste
  6. Black pepper- a pinch
  7. Powdered sugar- 1 tbsp(optional)
  8. roasted peanuts- 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Leave papaya in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  2. Peel the skin of papaya and grate.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, chillies, sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Mix well to coat papaya in these ingredients.
  5. Add roasted peanuts and serve chilled.
