Ingredients:
- Spaghetti(cooked)- 2 cups
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Sliced capsicum- 1
- Sliced mushrooms- 2
- Chopped green chillies- 2
- Red pepper- ½ tsp
- Chopped onion- 1
- Chopped tomatoes- 2
- Tomato puree- 1 cup
- Grated cheese- 1 cup
- Dried oregano- 1 tbsp
- Cream of mushroom soup- 1 cup
- Water- 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 350ºC.
- Melt butter in a sauce pan and brown onion and green chillies.
- Add capsicum, mushrooms and oregano and fry for a minute.
- Add tomatoes, tomato puree and red pepper.
- Slow the flame and fry for 5-6 minutes or till become soft.
- Now greased a baking dish and place half of the cooked spaghetti.
- Place a layer of vegetables mixture over the spaghetti.
- Spread half of the cheese, repeat the process again to the rest.
- Mix mushroom soup and water and pour over the layers.
- Spread some cheese over the soup and shift the dish into the oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes(do not cover the dish).
- Baked spaghetti is ready to serve.
