How to make Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  1. Spaghetti(cooked)- 2 cups
  2. Butter- 2 tbsp
  3. Sliced capsicum- 1
  4. Sliced mushrooms- 2
  5. Chopped green chillies- 2
  6. Red pepper- ½ tsp
  7. Chopped onion- 1
  8. Chopped tomatoes- 2
  9. Tomato puree- 1 cup
  10. Grated cheese- 1 cup
  11. Dried oregano- 1 tbsp
  12. Cream of mushroom soup- 1 cup
  13. Water- 2 tbsp
  14. Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven at 350ºC.
  2. Melt butter in a sauce pan and brown onion and green chillies.
  3. Add capsicum, mushrooms and oregano and fry for a minute.
  4. Add tomatoes, tomato puree and red pepper.
  5. Slow the flame and fry for 5-6 minutes or till become soft.
  6. Now greased a baking dish and place half of the cooked spaghetti.
  7. Place a layer of vegetables mixture over the spaghetti.
  8. Spread half of the cheese, repeat the process again to the rest.
  9. Mix mushroom soup and water and pour over the layers.
  10. Spread some cheese over the soup and shift the dish into the oven.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes(do not cover the dish).
  12. Baked spaghetti is ready to serve.
