Ingredients:
- Raw papaya- 1(small size)
- Chopped tomato- 1
- Chopped green chillies- 2
- Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
- Salt- 1 tsp or to taste
- Black pepper- a pinch
- Powdered sugar- 1 tbsp(optional)
- roasted peanuts- 1 tbsp
Method:
- Leave papaya in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Peel the skin of papaya and grate.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, chillies, sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix well to coat papaya in these ingredients.
- Add roasted peanuts and serve chilled.
