How to make Corn Bhel


  1. 2 cups yellow corn kernels, boiled
  2. 2 tsp oil
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 2 onions, chopped
  5. 4 green chillies, chopped
  6. 2 tomatoes, chopped
  7. 2 potatoes, boiled
  8. 1 tsp sugar, powdered
  9. 2 tsp lemon juice
  10. ½ tsp chat masala
  11. 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
  12. Salt to taste


  1. Peel the skin off boiled potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
  3. When they start to spluttering, add onions and green chillies.
  4. Fry till the onions become golden, add tomatoes, potatoes, yellow corn kernels.
  5. Add sugar, lemon juice, salt and chat masala, stir for a minute.
  6. Garnish with coriander, serve immediately.
