- Egg yolk(yellow part)- 2
- Olive oil- ½ cup
- Mustard powder- 2 tsp
- Sugar- 3 tsp
- Vinegar- ½ cup
- Cream- 5 tbsp
- Pepper powder and salt to taste
- Take a mixing bowl and add egg yolk and beat it.
- Now add pepper powder, salt, mustard and sugar and blend the mixture well.
- Now add half of the vinegar(you can also use lemon(½ cup) instead of vinegar).
- Now add the oil drop by drop slowly into the basin and mix thoroughly with a beater.
- Beat the mixture until the all oil is used and mixture has thick consistency.
- Now add remain vinegar and mix well.
- Mix fresh cream before you serve it.
