- Fine chopped cabbage- 2 cups
- Carrots(peeled and grated)- 1 cup
- Mayonnaise sauce- 3 tbsp
- Raisins- 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soak the raisins in little water for 30 minutes.
- Add cabbage and carrots in a mixing bowl.
- Add lemon juice black pepper and salt.
- Pour mayonnaise sauce and mix well the salad.
- Chill in refrigerator and serve it.
