How to make Red Wine


  1. Black grapes-2 pounds
  2. Cool water- 1 liter
  3. White sugar- 4 cups
  4. Wheat- 2 tbsp
  5. Yeast- 1 tbsp
  6. Cinnamon stick- 2
  7. Beaten egg(white part)- 1


  1. Boil and then chill the water.
  2. Clean a ceramic jar with boiled water carefully.
  3. Wash the black grapes and shift in ceramic jar with chill water.
  4. Smash the grapes with a wooden smasher.
  5. Do not crush them only smash all the grapes.
  6. Add prepared yeast in to smashed grapes(follow the instructions in the carton).
  7. Add well washed wheat, egg and half of the sugar and stir for a minutes.
  8. There is no need to dissolve the sugar.
  9. Now bind the jar tightly with lid and plastic or cotton cloth.
  10. Wait for 21 days, stir every second day with clean and dry spoon.
  11. After 21 days filter the pulp through a clean sieve in a clean glass vessel.
  12. Add remaining sugar and again close tightly with air tight lid.
  13. Open the jar after 21 days and filter in a clean glass bottle.
  14. Filter all the wine slowly without disturbing the liqueur.
  15. Red wine is ready to serve.
