Ingredients:
- Black grapes-2 pounds
- Cool water- 1 liter
- White sugar- 4 cups
- Wheat- 2 tbsp
- Yeast- 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick- 2
- Beaten egg(white part)- 1
Method:
- Boil and then chill the water.
- Clean a ceramic jar with boiled water carefully.
- Wash the black grapes and shift in ceramic jar with chill water.
- Smash the grapes with a wooden smasher.
- Do not crush them only smash all the grapes.
- Add prepared yeast in to smashed grapes(follow the instructions in the carton).
- Add well washed wheat, egg and half of the sugar and stir for a minutes.
- There is no need to dissolve the sugar.
- Now bind the jar tightly with lid and plastic or cotton cloth.
- Wait for 21 days, stir every second day with clean and dry spoon.
- After 21 days filter the pulp through a clean sieve in a clean glass vessel.
- Add remaining sugar and again close tightly with air tight lid.
- Open the jar after 21 days and filter in a clean glass bottle.
- Filter all the wine slowly without disturbing the liqueur.
- Red wine is ready to serve.
