Ingredients:
- Milk- 2 cups
- Water- 1 cup
- White sugar- 4 tbsp
- Strong coffee- 1 cup
- Cocoa powder- 4 tbsp
Method:
- Bring the water to boil in a pan.
- Add sugar and cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
- Simmer the mixture on slow heat for 2 minutes or till it become thick.
- Now boil the milk in another pan and add add to cocoa mixture.
- Add coffee and heat to just boil and turn off the flame.
- Beat the coffee and serve hot.
- For iced coffee add one scoop of ice ream over the coffee.
